Parthion equips K-12 districts with the early-warning intelligence and structured workflows to identify struggling students and take meaningful action before small challenges become serious crises.

The challenge isn't a lack of data—it's a lack of coordinated response.
Interventions are assigned but not followed through. IEPs are drafted but not monitored. At-risk students slip through. Parthion closes the gap between the intelligence districts already have and the structured workflows that drive meaningful, measurable action.
Siloed systems surface risk but don't coordinate the response.
Plans get assigned, but nobody knows if they're being delivered.
IEP and MTSS paperwork consumes the time educators need to make a meaningful impact on students.
By the time a student is flagged for intensive support, the critical window for early intervention has already closed.
The administrative demands on educators—data collection, compliance documentation, coordination—consume time that belongs in the classroom. Parthion streamlines those processes so your team can refocus on students.
Parthion provides a unified, searchable view of every student in your district, risk-tiered across ELA, Math, and Wellness. Filter by grade, school, or risk category, with data refreshed nightly.

Parthion generates structured, evidence-cited intervention plans matched to each student's tier. Downloadable, assignable, and tied directly to their risk profile.

Real-time progress tracked week-over-week against goal lines. Delivery rates, session counts, and trend lines surface early when an intervention needs attention.

Parthion generates recommendations for present levels, goals, and services, providing educators, special education teams, and families with a structured foundation for collaboration. Each component is reviewed and finalized within the platform, with supporting evidence attached automatically. IEPs export signature-ready, and parents participate in the review process directly, eliminating the back-and-forth that typically happens outside the system.

That experience is reflected in how we think, what we build, and who we build it for.

Eric is one of the most recognized voices in digital leadership and school innovation. A former award-winning principal at New Milford High School — which became a globally recognized model for innovative practices — he now works with thousands of schools nationwide as a Senior Fellow at the International Center for Leadership in Education. A Google Certified Innovator, NASSP Digital Principal Award winner, and best-selling author of Digital Leadership and Learning Transformed, Eric brings a practitioner's eye to what it takes to move schools from data to action.

Hillary is a nationally recognized special education attorney, advocate, and speaker whose work sits at the intersection of law, disability rights, and equity in schools. As Founding Partner of Freeman Law Offices, she has spent two decades representing students with disabilities and their families in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A former Vice President of the Learning Disabilities Association of New Jersey, she has presented at the United Nations for World Autism Awareness Day and consulted internationally on civil rights in education. Her personal experience as the sister of a man with autism gives her work uncommon depth — and keeps Parthion's IEP workflows grounded in what families actually need.

MaryEllen brings five decades of experience as an educator and administrator to Parthion's board. She served as New York's first female Commissioner of Education, overseeing 700+ school districts and 3.2 million students as President of the University of the State of New York. Before that, she led Hillsborough County Public Schools in Tampa—the nation's eighth-largest district—where she drove measurable gains in student achievement and was named Florida's Superintendent of the Year in 2015. She now leads Success For Students, Inc., a consulting firm supporting educational leaders across the country.
Founded by a builder and a practitioner: designed from the outside-in and the inside-out.

Nick founded Parthion out of a conviction that students who need support most are too often failed by the systems meant to help them. A management engineering graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and founder of CollegeROI (a platform helping under-resourced students navigate college affordability), he built Parthion from first principles alongside school administrators. Nick's belief: educators don't have time for systems that take time away from students without improving outcomes. Parthion is his answer.

Dr. Zywicki brings over two decades of district leadership to Parthion. A two-time PK–12 Superintendent in New Jersey, he drove graduation rates above 95%, implemented MTSS for at-risk learners, and oversaw $60 million in capital improvements. Named a District Thought Leader by Future Ready Schools, a "Superintendent to Watch" by NSPRA, and a co-author of New Jersey's COVID-19 school reentry manual, he now advises districts nationwide at Rutgers — and brings that practitioner depth directly to Parthion's MTSS and IEP workflows.

Role-specific training for administrators, teachers, and special education staff. Full support through your first IEP cycle and MTSS review.
Parthion is FERPA and COPPA compliant, with SOC 2 Type II certification underway. Student data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and never used to train external models.
